Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed.
Your order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is officially in transit.
During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched. Shipping speed varies depending on your location and the carrier’s transit time.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are complete and accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in processing delays or automatic order cancellation.
If our system detects a potential address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify your details.
If no response is received, MamiGlow reserves the right to cancel the order.

Delayed Delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed to the courier, it is under their responsibility. If your package appears to be lost or stolen:

2. Reach out to the courier directly to file a claim.
Most carriers require the recipient to initiate the claim and may ask for additional details. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates whenever possible.
MamiGlow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, as these fall outside our refund policy. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement as a courtesy.
If the courier confirms the package cannot be located, we recommend filing a police report to support your claim.
