Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes to your order or request a cancellation, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.
After this timeframe, your order will likely be in processing and we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
If your cancellation request is approved within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully inspect and package every product before shipping. An item is considered damaged if it arrives with a defect or is physically broken.
Please note:
● Cosmetic damage to packaging (dented box, bent edges, etc.) does not qualify as a damaged item if the product itself is unaffected.
● Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

If eligible, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Shipping & Delivery
While we work hard to ship your items as quickly as possible, we cannot control carrier delays, customs processing, or other external factors that may affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Address
